Activation
This guide provides clear, step-by-step instructions to help you successfully install Microsoft Office 2019 on your device.
- After downloading and installing the setup file
- Open any app (eg: Word)
- Click on the Account tab on the left bottom side of the app
- Click on “Change License” or “Activate product” if you already entered the license
- Click on “Use a different account”
- Select “Enter a product key instead”
- Enter your license
- Select activate over the telephone
- Select your region and a toll-free number will show up which is an automatic bot system
- Provide the bot your Installation ID and it will provide you a Confirmation ID
- Enter that and your MS Office will be activated
During the Phone Activation process when they ask you the question “how many devices the license is being used on” you have to answer it with “0” and then they will provide you the Confirmation ID for activation.
How to Get Microsoft Office 2021, 2019, 2016 Confirmation ID
In case you need our help with obtaining the Confirmation ID then you can send us a screenshot of your Installation ID and we can contact them on your behalf.
