Shipping and Delivery (Digital Products)

Once you purchase a digital product from us, it will be delivered to the email address you provided during registration. If you experience any issues with your product, please get in touch with our support team.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before purchasing, please carefully review the product details. The images displayed are for representation purposes only.

If you’re dissatisfied with your product, you may file a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the email delivery by contacting us at [email protected]. Our team will investigate the issue and respond within 48 hours of receiving the complaint.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once the order is placed or delivered.

Refund or Replacement will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • If you purchased the wrong product or didn’t read the product details (e.g., region, language, platform, system requirements).
  • If you have already redeemed the product key or code.
  • If the key is already used, you must file a complaint within 24 hours of receiving it for us to investigate. After that, the vendor will decide.

If your complaint is valid after our investigation, we will offer:

  • A replacement product if the original was faulty or didn’t match the description.
  • In the case a replacement cannot be granted, a refund of the sale price will be provided;

Note: Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take 10 to 14 working days to appear in your account. This timeline is based on the bank’s processing time, which is beyond our control.
